| On February 28, 2008 - Julie Deyan (see below) - the research assistant to the Coastal Dolphin Survey Project (CDSP) gave a talk and showed a power point presentation to the MS 187 - Marine Mammal Class at Orange Coast College. Her talk summarized the discoveries that have been made about the bottlenose dolphin that enter and utilize Newport Harbor. She documented the time period from when we started this research project up until the day before her lecture. She also included a hypothesis as to why the dolphins have begun entering Newport Harbor on a regular basis. If you would like to view Julie's power point presentation - Click here!
