Island Ecology Class at Orange
  Coast College - Ecology 110
 
- Island Ecology is taught at Orange Coast College!
     
  In fall semester 2000, 2001, and 2002 the Island
     Ecology class was offered at Orange Coast College. 
     During the class, optional "field trip" opportunities
     were offered to students in the class to visit several
     of the eight channel islands of southern California.
     In addition, the students were provided the
     opportunity to work on island restoration projects
     while visiting the islands.  In fall of 2000 field trips
     were organized that visited Santa Catalina Island
     and Santa Cruz Island.  In fall of 2001 field trips
     were organized that visited San Miguel Island,
     Santa Catalina Island, and Santa Cruz Island.   
    
     During Summer 2006 the class is offered starting
     June 20, 2006 (Tue/Thurs 5:50 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.) in
     Lewis Bldg Room 102.  The class will include a
     one week field trip to O.C.C.'s Rabbit Island from
     Sunday, August 6 to Friday, August 11, 2006.  The
     class ticket number is 0031 and you can sign up
     for this class with a IPC Code. To get one, call
